Summer camp: 2nd - 5th August - The Devon and Exeter squash club

The Devon and Exeter squash club, Exeter (summer camp only)
Training schedule:
Two sessions per day from 10am - 4pm
Each session focuses on areas which are vital to get the best from young players
Each court features coach feeds, structured routines, practices and competition
One off-court training session per day
Mental training sessions, including tactical theory and video match analysis
Camp Objectives:
To educate in:-
Technique and tactical play
Physical conditioning and movement technique
Mental training
Nutrition and the importance of diet management
Standards:
Our elite camps are aimed at young players who are already proficient at squash. However, we also run many other coaching sessions for players of all standards. The County Academies provide coaching for any young player with some potential for squash. If you are unsure of your child’s ability and suitability then please call or e-mail to discuss this and we will advise the relevant sessions.
Activities:
Various other activities are also part of our camps. To provide an overall enjoyable experience for young players, early afternoons and evenings are a time for fun and opportunities to socialise. We provide Kayak trips up the river, beach cricket, cinema, BBQ’s and many other enjoyable pursuits.
Costs:
£50 per day to include coaching/lunch/dinner and off court activities.
