Elite academy
The elitesquash junior academy runs at Bristol Lawn tennis and squash club. There are for group coaching sessions per week plus individual lessons daily. We start with under 10 age groups on Saturday mornings  and Wednesday afternoons. If these players progress well then they can move into the elite groups on Mondays and Fridays. There are four coaches working daily with all the members of the academy. The select elite players receive priority coaching and sponsorship plus support and advice at major national and European events.
 
County Academies
Elitesquash runs two county academies; in Avon and Devon. These academies are designed to find and nurture any potential within the counties. Once a month juniors from 8 to 17 years old receive a two hour session per group designed to help progress each player. Following the sessions we e-mail each player with useful information relating to the session. This 'homework'  will help with personal development until the next meeting. Any junior showing real potential from these squads will be invited to join the Elite academy 
 
In addition to coaching the juniors we also offer coach education sessions for each club in the county to help them continue to develop more and better juniors.
